International 2-Year Warranty
RESERVOIR guarantees the proper functioning of each watch for a two-year period, starting from the purchase date written on the warranty card, completed and signed by an official retailer.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
– Damages caused by the disregard of the content of the technical notice,
– Dysfunctions caused by an inappropriate use of the watch,
– Accidents,
– Theft or loss of the watch.
All intervention on the watch outside of our network of certified service centres results in a cancellation of this warranty.
Extension of 1-Year of the warranty
Registering your watch will allow you to benefit from an extension of your warranty for an additional year counting from the end of your initial warranty.
