The roots of the Swiss Made label go back to 1917 in order to represent swiss knowledge. It is a symbol of quality, safety, authenticity and reliability for companies and consumers.
STRICT CRITERIA TO REPRESENT THE LABEL
“Swiss made” is a label that does not only indicate the Swiss origin of the manufacture of a watch. To be certified, the watch must be equipped with a Swiss movement knowing that the casing and the final control must be made in Switzerland. 60% of the added value including the components must be produced in Switzerland.
In addition to the criteria on the watch, the movement must meet certain criteria. It must have been assembled and controlled in Switzerland. The component parts of the movement must be at least 50% Swiss made.
These criteria are defined by an order determined by the Federation of Swiss Watchmaking. It brings together more than 500 members who are Swiss manufacturers of watchmaking.

For more than 100 years, it has been the world’s center of watchmaking. We thus find the International Museum of Watchmaking, dedicated to the history of the measurement of time.
Indeed, it aims to acquire and exhibit objects and archives related to the history of watchmaking. The rigor of the controls and the attention paid to every detail enable RESERVOIR to display the Swiss Made label, a reflection of the watchmaking quality achieved via a patented proprietary module involving 124 components.
