THE RALLY OF AUMALE: AN ESSENTIAL STOPOVER FOR CAR ENTHUSIASTS
This tourist rally for car navigation, welcomes more than 200 crews to the famous Polo Club d’Apremont site in Chantilly. This emblematic venue is used to hosting national and international events such as the French Polo Open. Exhibition of vintage cars, catering, car presentations… Polo is also honoured at the sight of the place where the race starts.
Nevertheless, the highlight of the race is of course the tourist car rally, an original route of around 120 km that will take competitors on a day trip along the most beautiful roads of the Chantilly region aboard their beautiful old ones. A unique route for this 5th edition, checkpoints kept secret, car culture questionnaires, and a stop at a prestigious place.
A HIGH QUALITY AND RAISED TRAY
For this rally, 150 places are reserved for old cars from before 1985 and 50 places for modern prestige cars.
In addition, this tourist car rally brings together this year vehicles of all generations: Mercedes 300 SL, Aston Martin DB4 and Maserati GHIBL. The new generation of the 911 type 992 also participates for the first time in this event. A RESERVOIR watch will be given to the winner of the rally.
AND RESERVOIR IN ALL OF THIS ?
Our company is proud to be the official watchmaker of the “Rallye d’AUMALE” for this year 2019. For example, our SUPERCHARGED SPORT RED ZONE , an automatic movement watch, is inspired by the dials of vintage cars, with a retrograde minute and a jumping hour in the window reminiscent of mileage counters.
All the elements of this watch are its faithful representation, up to its power reserve reproducing the fuel gauge. Fans and amateurs will find in this watch the design of vintage cars combined with Swiss watchmaking know-how. Indeed, this unique watch will invite you to take a seat at the wheel, manipulate the settings the old-fashioned way and make the car hum, the glance shining with passion.
This tourist car rally will be an opportunity for us to meet you and share our common passions.
